Cancellation Policy: Cancellation for 100% refund requires a minimum 24 hours advance notice. A 5% cancellation fee applies to less-than-24-hours cancellations unless a future commitment is made at the time of cancellation.

Knowledge of PC history and terminology not necessary, it’s provided in this course. When finished with this course, you’ll be able to use your computer with confidence.

This class will teach you about the different types of e-mail accounts and e-mail programs, along with introducing you to functions such as creating an address book, forwarding, creating attachments and viewing attachments.

This 1 hour "mini-course" will teach you the basics of hard drives and how to install them and prepare them for use by partitioning and formatting them. Covers master/slave setup and cabling, proper handling and the internals of hard drives - how they work. A basic knowledge of computers and the windows operating system is recommended.

This 1.5 hour "mini-course" will teach you the basics of wireless networks. Covers wireless routers, access points and adapters - installing and configuring them in a home or business environment. You will learn the different types of adapters - PCI, PC Card and USB - how to install and configure them. Also touches on encryption techniques WEP and WPA to secure your wireless network.

This hour course will teach you the comprehensive basics of the Microsoft Windows XP operating system. Primarily the Home Edition, with supplemental Professional Edition information.

This 3 hour course will unravel the mystery of video capture and video editing with WinDVD and Microsoft Movie Maker. You'll learn what hardware is required, what steps to take, and how to use the software and burn DVD movies.

This 2 hour course will help you set up Media Player, including ripping music to your hard drive and burning your music to another CD. Also create playlists of your favorite songs in Media Player and sync Media Player with your MP3 player
1 Session, approximately 2 hours in duration, $50.00 per person
In this 4 hour course you will learn about parts & ports and building your own computer. You must have the parts necessary to build your own system for this course, but we will guide you through putting all of those parts together to make a functional computer. Then you can tell your friends you built it yourself! If you don't currently have the parts to build your own system, we sell those, too!
