At ProTech Computers, we strive to provide professional and competent service and support to our customers!
Our current in-house hourly rate of $60.00 is highly competitive and a great value. We also offer fixed rates for many standard services as well as pickup/delivery of service systems and on-site service!

* Apple/Mac repairs are limited and done on a case-by-case basis - call for quote or information on qualified Apple/Mac servicers in the Jackson area.
* Inkjet printer repairs are limited to mechanical repairs, e.g. paper jams, carriage jams, broken parts, part re-insertion, printer head replacement, charge tube cleaning, etc.)

Same as above but prior to reformat all data is backed up. After reload data will be on the drive in a special folder for retrieval.

CORRUPT HARD DRIVE DATA RECOVERY......HOURLY RATE.
Varies with level of corruption and amount of manual recovery required. Typically 1-3 hours Tech Time. We are not setup to do "dead" hard drive data recovery. The sooner you get your drive to us, the better the chances for recovery.

DESKTOP PC DUST REMOVAL.....$10.00 - $20.00 Depending on Severity.
We clean out your CPU cooler, case fans, power supply, all nooks and crannies, around all openings, and boards and cards. Dust build-up can lead to permanent damage and component failure.

Installation includes mounting, making all necessary connections, installing necessary drivers and testing. Installation of software applications or games included with the product is limited only to those that are required to test the functionality of the product. All additional software installation will be done at the software installation rate, if desired.

Testing includes installation of the product into a known good test station configuration with maximum compatibility, or - in the case of memory - a dedicated tester, and verifying the full functionality of the product to include ports, connections, modes, performance and functions. Parts brought in for testing while still installed in your computer system must be removed first, or an additional bench fee will be charged. ProTech Computers parts brought in under warranty will be subject to a bench fee of $10.00 upon return if tested 'no problem found' (NPF).

Warranty. All labor is covered by a 30-day warranty, except software installation, which is not covered under warranty. The ProTech Computers standard parts warranty applies to all installed components.
