*Batteries and Software are not warranted. Virus clean-up on computers purchased from us is not covered by warranty. All Pre-Owned PCs and Notebooks are wiped clean of any existing software and re-loaded with fresh installations of Windows and Applications where new hard drives have not been installed.. They can be returned for refund if not satisfied for up to 15 days from the date of invoice - less a 10% restocking fee and 1/3% per day usage fee. Additional software and labor purchased with the laptop is generally non-refundable. Used PCs and Notebooks can be exchanged for a different laptop for up to 30 days if not satisfied. There are no restock, usage or exchange fees for this service as long as the exchange unit is of equal or greater dollar value and the original laptop condition has not deteriorated considerably while in your care or has not been physically damaged - and there are no missing items.
